Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Kaprice Designs! If your purchase isn't everything you hoped for, we're happy to help.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the package hasn't shipped yet. As soon as we receive your cancellation request, we'll issue your refund.

Returns: You may return your item(s) within 7 days of the date you receive them. Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied by your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Once your return arrives, we'll let you know we've received it and inspect the item(s). We'll then update you on the status of your refund. Approved returns are refunded to the credit card or original payment method used at checkout. The time it takes for that credit to appear depends on your card issuer's policies.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
