Shipping policy

Orders ship via standard USPS within 48 hours of payment being received, unless you've requested a different shipping method.

If you'd like special shipping provisions — signature confirmation, for example — please reach out by email or phone at (818) 934-1715 before ordering. Additional charges apply to these requests.

Kaprice Designs and Kathy Price cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit will not be replaced.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the package hasn't shipped yet. As soon as we receive your cancellation request, we'll issue your refund.
